Worst experience ever. Only told date of appt; no one ever called with time (Dr office told we would b called day before…NOTE this office not open on weekends and our appt was on a Monday ). Appt at 8:50; not taken back for 2 hours!!! Told “first come first serve” by reception….why have an appt? DON’T USE this group. We will go back to Mayo Clinic in JAX (3 hours away for us) where we r given time & date and they r in time
