TUCC Denver & Lone Tree

Absolutely impossible to communicate reasonably with TUCC. You wait a month for appointment, they leave message canceling after 3 wks nand encourage rescheduling. You can't get through. You use callback option and get 5 calls with no one on line and no message option. You finally use a MD referral line and get through to someone on 3rd try. Only to learn that staff have complained about the system dozens of times with no result!

Do everything you can to find somewhere else to go. The Doctors seem OK, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through, speak to someone and even get a call back. I was on hold 4.5 hours today and 2.5 hours on Friday. They offer a call back option, but NEVER call back. What good is a clinic if you get to speak with someone. There are plenty of other great Doctors of Urology in and around Denver. Be kind to yourself. Find somewhere else. By far the majority of reviews are 1 and 2 stars. I wish I had read them first. Be advised.
