Uc Health Trenton Primary Care

We have seen every provider and feel that they listen well when there's concerns about our health. We have moved since we started coming to this office and still drive at least an hour when we need to be seen. The only negative thing I could say is, same day appointments are not always an option, and we were accustomed to being able to be seen the same day before coming to UC Trenton.

Please dont get here. You won't be heard, and theres zero empathy. Susan Smith doesn't establish relationships with her patients and will dismiss them for having medication issues. She has horrible bedside manner when it comes to explaining the medication. No agreement was read to me. I was told to stop in and sign the agreement. It was not read to me. Poor communication. She doesnt want to find a solution, just ignore your needs. I asked her what are you going to for me regarding my ADHD medication and she just said shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. They then tried to call the cops on me because I wouldn't leave but I was not going to leave without an answer. Im truly hurt and disgusted by the treatment. I was not allowed to explain myself. I am an honest straight forward person and I got ganged up on being told i was rude. That's just my personality. I am absolutely shocked at the mistreatment. Please dont go here if you are looking for a good relationship with your doctor.… Susan Smith will roll her eyes and make you feel bad. She didn't want help me anymore and that's just awful. How does she sleep at night knowing she has disturbed a patient and their mental health. I have recordings of the treatment.
