Horrible billing practices. Google reviews confirm that other people have the same horrible experiences. They bill for things that never occurred, bill you directly instead of the insurance company, bill the insurance for extra and squeeze every dollar out they can, etc etc etc. Then when you call to dispute a bill that shouldn't exsist, their systems are down and they can't take your call. There's a debt in collections now under my 11 year olds name that should have never existed in the first place!!!!! He's had the best insurance under the son for years!
