I have had three appointments here since mid October,2023. I have a TMD displaced disc which is very painful. The dentist, Dr Rania Abasaeed spent two hours with me during my first appointment and plenty of time with me during my next two visits. She is a very good listener, knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to me. My condition is slow to heal but I was given a care plan and exercises that have been helpful. I like the fact that they haven't tried to sell me devices, etc. Their PCR, Edgar adjusted my uncomfortable, poorly fitted mouth guard and it's now so much more comfortable.The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the difficulty setting up an appointment - there was a 2 month wait but I was able to get in sooner by getting on a cancellation list. When scheduling my appointment I was persistent and I called several times a day for 3 days. When I leave my appointment I always set up my next visit before I leave. I am getting excellent care. Clearly… they are short staffed and underfunded, which is likely why they don't have a more progressive IT infrastructure - they don't have Epic. I went to this clinic for their expertise and also because they take Medicare. It's all been worth it for me. If you can't get through to them by phone it might be a good idea to show up at the clinic to schedule an appointment.
