Geriatric patient wasn't given the courtesy of seeing an MD. Lower level practioners did little save paper screening. We are taking our loved one elsewhere for proper medical diagnosis and treatment. Thus clinic uses a robot to call for appointments including weekends, but the clinic is closed on weekends leaving patients in limbo until the next business day. Caveat emptor.
