VAN KIM NGUYEN DDS INC

My 6 yr old had an appointment for fillings at 3pm. We arrived 15mins before appointment time and were not seen until after 5pm. Dr Van Kim Nugyen told us that she could not perform all the fillings for my son as it would pass 6pm and she is not paid overtime and she had 3 more patients after us. This was our second time here as during our previous visit she did not finish all the fillings as she said she does not have enough time. Dr Van Kim Nugyen rushed my son’s procedure , not allowing any time for the nitrous oxide to take effect . I could hear my son crying in agony . I was not allowed to be in the room with him. 3 weeks previous we came in for fillings but that time I was allowed in the room with my 6yr old during the fillings . That previous time my son did not cry at all as the procedure was not rushed . Dr Van Kim Nugyen Is only at this branch every 3 weeks and rushes all her work . This is not fair on these young children , totaly unethical. Dr Van Kim Nugyen Please slow… down . Stop rushing , take some pride in your work .
