Just went here after repeatedly having to reschedule my appt due not receiving records from previous doctors. (which is weird to begin with as I have been to other doctors where this is not a requirement) However, when I got to the office one of the nurses told me that they actually had my paperwork the last time they canceled the appt, but that someone didn't file it. So I could have seen a doctor way sooner, but didn’t due to their negligence. Then they refused to refill my my medication I have been in for 5 years because they didn't feel comfortable giving it to me even though they had paperwork proving that I had been on it. I’m from GA and just moved to the Bradenton area. I moved to FL though before this as our house was being built so I had seen a doctor in Tampa prior. The doctor asked me questions about when I moved here then treated me as if I was lying because I didn’t remember when I moved here. On top of this my chronic illness without my needed meds makes me extremely… lethargic and gives me brain fog so I can’t even think straight. They are very ignorant about my chronic medical illness to the point they were they were making ignorant statements. I have a Masters Degree in mental health and the experience left me in tears and was pretty bad for my mental health. Overall terrible experience.
