I'd like to give a huge shout out to the gentleman that was my nurse, Richard Allen. His bedside manner is amazing. He's patient, personable and its obvious that he genuinely cares about patient care. He's definitely an asset to have onboard.

I want to give Kudos to my nurse today Richard Allen was very professional, friendly, and really made me feel at ease. We need more nurse professionals like him.

Facility did not inspire confidence. Waiting room looked a little bit like a Russian clinic - Notices and instructions just taped up here and there. Sign out front was faded and lots of Kinkos pri Ted signs to tell you which door to go to, etc. for those pesky, unruly patients. One you were in the treatment area, everything changed and was full of professional looking spaces and people.
