The ladies at the front at least most of them are very unhelpful and one is just plain rude that would be Irene. I don't know how she keeps her job with how she answers the phone not even stating the name of where you're calling and answering as if she's answering her home phone or cell phone. I'm seriously going to record my calls with them from now on because it's honestly not right. Irene I hope you're reading this even though I can't say what I want to about you because it won't let me post it :) Anyways back to my review. The scheduling ladies, they are rude as heck and are bad at getting back to you. If you have to make an appointment you may just have to go in to do it because they a lot of times they don't call you back even if you call for days. when I say they are rude you can tell just by the way they look at you. Good lord these women think they are gods gift apparently, must be besties with Irene. I There's a few very lovely women who work up front too though. I don't… know them by name but I'll give a few that credit. However let's get to the real big issue. These people do not get back to you during emergency situations. The drs even get mad about not being notified by the staff when there's an urgent situation, such as running out of meds or being manic. My dr tells me to call the office right away if any of that happens. I have called every single day for a week before while manic before I finally gave up. Ended up being manic almost two months slept about two hours a day that whole time which it obviously then turned into psychosis. If they would have done their job and informed my dr my meds would have been upped or changed to prevent that. I've also gone several days without meds due to either the front ladies or the nurses not notifying my dr and again he gets very upset with them about these things and has even told me how they run things terribly. Now that I mentioned the nurses I'll start on them, the front has told me multiple times that they have emailed the nurses about my urgent situations as I said usually me being manic or running out of meds because of a mistake being made by the dr. There's been so many times the nurses were emailed about my issues and many days of me calling days in a row where my dr was still never notified. These nurses should lose their jobs over that. Life's can be lost because of these types of things. These people do not care at all. Most of the people that work in this place should not be working with mentally ill. They do not have the heart, care, urgency, attitude or dependability, in any way shape or form that people should have to work with mentally ill. They are an absolute walking lawsuit.There's a few mvps Stephanie and Katlyn c. you the real ones. Once again Irene you're fowl.

This place is terrible. They treat you badly here. A lot of the people that work here have no business being in the profession they're in.
