I cannot believe the terrible experience I had with Walnut Dental Group. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with their lack of care for their patients. After receiving a dental procedure, they checked with my insurance and I paid the bulk of the service out of pocket. TWO YEARS later, I received a notification, through Experian, that the dental office had sent an invoice for $700 to collections, despite having already received payment in full. The worst part is that they never contacted me to inform me of the situation or give me the chance to rectify it. I had no idea this was happening until it was too late, and now my credit is severely damaged. I cannot even begin to express the impact this has had on my life. This mark on my credit has prevented me from buying a house and making other important investments. It has caused me immense stress and anxiety, and I am determined to pursue legal remedies to have it removed. The fact that the dental office had my contact… information and had even sent me advertising but did not bother to email me about the issue is beyond unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of concern for their patients and their well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering using the services of Walnut Dental Group to think twice. Their incompetence and carelessness have caused me a great deal of harm and inconvenience, and I will not rest until this matter is resolved. I will pursue all available legal remedies to have this mark removed from my credit and hold the dental office accountable for their actions.
