Their practices are demonstrated and come off as "We don't need patience, We don't need your presence, We don't care for the community interactions, We are here to exploit the Insurance companies. Case in point, (True Story btw), Patient misses appointment due to Emergency High Risk Pregnancy Walter Aument lists the appointment as no show, and threatens to drop patient. Case in point, (Also True Story), Patient waits 30 minutes after arriving ON TIME, and problems are dismissed and typical "Ultra Sound" said area with Zero follow-ups. Case in point, (Also True Story), Patient arrives 2 minutes late, can't be seen, no grace period, left to the discretion of Staff to see patient or not. (Also bills insurance as No show and expects to get paid.) This is draconian Practices that warrants Severe… intervention and I am personally pushing a campaign to not only make this known, But to actively demand a complete change of management. I encourage EVERYONE to contact your insurance carries to protest and contact your local politicians to demand answers as to why this facility is allowed to turn patients away or treat them like Cattle. Quarryville Has NO reliable medical care if this place can practice the way it is. And we need substantial accountability and intervention if these practices are allowed to continue. One of the many unfortunately traits of living 1hour away from civilization is being at the mercy of poachers such as these.
