well, they just charged me $100 for not canceling an appointment. $100 I didn't have. I had talked to someone previously, a few months back, about a different appointment to get a mouth guard, that I said I wasn't going to be going to. but apparently they still had me scheduled for the cleaning even though I said I wasn't going to make that other appointment. because I didn't have insurance anymore. but they kept me on my cleaning appointment, then billed me for missing it. i will not ever be going here again. id recommend going elsewhere.
