Dr Vanessa Lee is amazing I love how thorough she is and follows up and her genuine concern Thank you so much

DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if you are a person in a larger body (as I am). Dr Lee did not listen to my concerns or document them accurately in my chart notes. The treatment I recieved was a textbook example of why people in larger bodies do not seek timely care for even routine medical issues, leading to poor health outcomes that are often mistakenly attributed to being at a higher weight. Rather than look at me holistically, my history (including my disclosed history of disordered eating at the BEGINNING OF THE VISIT) or my ACTUAL reason for the visit, Dr Lee fixated on weight loss as the “only” treatment was not redirectable despite politely assertive requests, grilling me about diet/exercise and giving unsolicited nutrition counseling (which is not in her scope of practice, btw) . Any brief overview of weight science research will show there are many factors that influence weight, long term weight loss is not permanent and weight cycling (yo-yo dieting etc) is actually more… dangerous to health than a high BMI. Respectfully, Dr. Lee would greatly benefit from a balanced review of weight science research and training in trauma-informed care, as well as self-reflection on her personal bias in this area.

Dr.Lee is an outstanding Medical professional. At every appointment she takes the time to explain every questions that I might have. Her Knowledge and insight as a endocrinologist are always on point and I have improved because of it. She truly cares for her patients.

Dr. V. Lee is a gem. She was referred to me by my primary physician and was recommended that I see her specifically. When I met Dr Lee I was given a very detailed and clear explanation of my illness. All the questions I had, I didn't need to ask bc that's how well she explained everything. Never feeling rushed. It's always a good visit when i see her.
