I had a very frustrating experience with this cardiology office. I was initially scheduled for the wrong test and told to expect to be there for 3–4 hours. When I arrived, I found out the test I was actually receiving only took about 30–40 minutes. This caused unnecessary confusion and forced me to scramble to arrange a ride home on short notice. In addition, I was not given complete or clear instructions ahead of time. Because of the scheduling error, they had to “fit me in,” which resulted in me waiting over an hour before my test was even done. What has been most concerning is the lack of follow-up. It has now been two days, and I still do not have my results—going into a weekend. I made two separate calls asking for the doctor to please contact me before the weekend. Instead, I received a call from the office stating they had a completely different message documented, so they had to send another note to the doctor. Despite this, I still have not heard back. Overall, the… communication, organization, and follow-through were very disappointing—especially for a cardiology practice where timely information and clarity are so important for patient peace of mind.
