very rude- I have been going to this medical practice for over thirty years. I just called to make an appt and was told i had to see Dr Haque. When i said i did not want to see Dr Haque I would like to see one the nurse practitioners i had seen i. the past, i was told i had no choice so I said i would go some where else. She basically said bye see ya. Seriously? thirty years of going there and the rude secretary just acted like who cares? customer service lost you a patient.
