My first appointment was a wasted trip. I had requested a surgical consult but got a nurse practitioner instead. That nurse practitioner examined my urethra without cleaning her hands or using gloves. I ended up with a urinary tract infection as a result. My second appointment they put the wrong patient label on my urine collection cup and were very rude when I asked why they needed another urine sample. The only reason I did not leave and never come back was Dr. Bootwala. She did my surgery and it helped me greatly. My third appointment they gave me the wrong instructions on my return to work note. They wrote light duty for 5 days but it should have said no lifting over 10 pounds for the next 5 weeks. They also could not figure out when to make my 6-week follow-up appointment after surgery. I am sure glad I know what they should be doing since they do not. Most incompetent clinic I have ever been to and I work in healthcare. I filed a grievance with Hays Med but they did nothing.
