Miserable. Patient over 25 years. My physician retired and “Ed” took over. Very personable, funny but a terrible physician. Never responds to issues. My last colonoscopy pathology samples were lost. I had to bring it up with staff (they didn’t notify me). “Oh well, these things happen” No call or email response from ED. Impossible to even get front desk to answer the phone.
