Westview Urgent Care Medi Center

Only one other patient was in the waiting room when I arrived, however I ended up being at the urgent care center for over 2 and a half hours. The nurse who saw me asked that I call the office once I confirm which antibiotics I am allergic to so he could adjust my prescription. He prescribed an antibiotic that I knew I wasn’t allergic to, but that is not ideal for treating my condition. When I tried calling the next day during business hours, the phones were out of service the entire day. It’s completely unacceptable to have no way of contacting the center with important follow up information so I can get the prescription that is most effective for treating my condition. I will never go here again. Ever.
