Never been so disgusted with health care. First I work in health care as a educator, manager, and now quality. The staff in this place is disgraceful. First issue I tried calling and all the vm are full so you can't leave a message and when you do on a portal no response. So I try speaking with a manager Stacy to let her know she doesn't like the feedback so she hangs up on me. Ok now I need a procedure they call me ask me to come in early because the Dr needs to leave. I leave my job to come in and they make me wait until my first scheduled time to call me back. I'm trying to speak to the MA Christy she was visibly annoyed so I ask her if there is a problem she proceeds to tell me about my attitude. I say look I'm a patient I'm asking a question looking to my provider to assist me, her response I'm not your provider! She was so rude that's only part of the conversation needless to say nobody in this place is touching me. I got my copay (waiting for that transaction to occur) my last… visit record and left. Nobody in that office intervened when the MA was verbally abusive, I stormed out of the room trying to maintain my own composure at the front desk. This would have been a great time for the Manager, or even the Dr to say what's going on? Instead I left in tears and now need to find a new provider to take care of an untreated issue. I have called Corporate but awaiting a response. The first time I had an issue I called corporate but left several messages before I was contacted. I don't know if its company wide or just this location but the atmosphere needs some serious management. The restroom is filthy, flyers peeling off the walls and the staff lacks professionalism.
