This was my second appointment with this practice, My PA was Ginger Lane, it was the worse experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I had a positive pregnancy test and called and made an appointment, which 11/10/22 @ 3:40pm is the first available they had since I would be 8 weeks by there calculations. I got to the office about minutes early, checked in and paid the rest of my copay and sat down until they needed to call me back. It was about 4:05pm when I got called back answered all questions needed to do a pregnancy test and I did it came back positive, and then the nurse told me they would be doing a pelvic exam for cultures, I opted out since I had a miscarriage 4 years ago, went in had the pelvic started spotting and less than 3 weeks later never stopped spotting had an ultrasound and the heartbeart was 167bpm inbetween then and then I miscarried. The nurse put me in the room to wait for Ginger Lane and I went and waited then Ginger and another nurse came in she asked… why I didn't want a pelvic, I told her the whole story, the look on her face when she said it is perfectly safe, when you can't guarantee that when you are poking around your cervix one wrong move and you can damage or burise it and it can start to open and dilate and you can have a miscarriage. She didn't like my answers with the bad look she was giving me and she came out and stated she couldn't treat me for my pregnancy. I said okay and got up to leave she took me to the front desk to get my refund and she said if I changed my mind I can come back. Why would I change my mind with her attitude, I have tried for years to have a baby and then to go through what I told her I went through with the first and only pregnancy that ended in miscarriage and then to deny me prenatal care because I opted out of a pelvic exam, when I just had one in August before I was pregnant and it came back normal why did I need another one. Don't take an oath to provide patients care when you blatantly came out and refused to give me prenatal care. I would of gave zero stars, but it doesn't let me.
