Whasn Summerlin

I have never experienced such an unprofessional medical office. I came here very worried because an ultrasound had found a breast cyst. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and was seen last after every other patient had already left. The front desk staff would not answer my questions or tell me when I would be seen. After my appointment, I was told medicak assistant would contact me with my results. No one mentioned the patient portal or explained how to access it. I spent a week worrying, then called the office myself, only to be told rudely to check the portal which I had never been given access to. Poor communication, rude staff, and no empathy for patients. I would not recommend this clinic.
