Had to cancel within 4 days of appt and was told they would keep my $100 deposit even though the cancelation was timely and no services had been rendered. They basically charge you $100 just to "schedule" the appt. DO NOT SCHEDULE AND GIVE A DEPOSIT, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. Their response to me on a Google review was "the nonrefundable deposit is a way to work with our patients for accountability in showing up for appointments" however, if the appt is canceled with proper notice, the deposit should be returned as no service has been provided, nor any business lost. They also said that it was clearly stated in our phone conversation that they "record" and it can be shared with me as needed. This was not clearly stated and I would certainly like to hear that phone conversation, however, the office manager still has not returned my call. Find a more reputable practice and doctors that aren't so desperate to keep your money for no legitimate reason or service. Not worth the anguish.
