The wait time for this facility is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 2:15pm (I arrived at 1:50pm). I waited in the waiting room for 50 minutes before they called me back for my mammogram and waited ANOTHER 40 minutes until they did the monogram. I had two other imaging to be done and it was the same waiting in between images. I never left the facility until 5:40pm. The front desk staff had already gone home at 4:45pm. I was NOT THE ONLY person who upset about the wait time. Other patients were waiting 2-2.5hours for just ONE imaging. Some people actually walked out after 1 hour. It is all about greedy administrators allowing double booking appointments. It felt like we were cattle. The entire staff is overwhelmed because of the volume of patients they need to see in one day. This is a disaster for medical errors and overlooking potential health conditions that are not caught in early stages.
