Too much of a hassle to get a refill called in.

Poor time management skills, I was told by Dr Kennedy and their staff rather than give me a paper prescription they would send it electronically to my pharmacy. After over an hour waiting I called and they informed me Dr Kennedy had forgotten to close out my file before moving on to other patients so my prescription was not sent. I had to drive back to their location to have their mistake fixed. It took over an hour and a half to get my script filled because either Dr Kennedy or her staff can't manage their time and patient load effectively to finish what they started before moving on to help others. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of so called medical professionals.
