One Star

I made an online appointment for illness and had to wait 1.5 hours, then actually had to tell the NP what kind of medication I needed! I just left today from my daughters urine drug test, it was a 1.75 hour wait, i had to ask to speak to a manager , then they finally took her. The first time she went she waited three hours! Staff is rude and ignorant.
