FYI, if you go there don't count on Dr. Worthless : "Daniel Smith", to write you a script for any type of pain medication, cause he won't ! He's a weasel, he'll take your money and tell you to take some acetaminophen, in which you can buy at a dollar store. There should be a law against these type of so call doctor's. So be sure to ask who's on duty, cause he will bill you insurance company & write you out a worthless piece of paper that will do nothing to help you pain. In my opinion he's milking the system to his own benefits.
