The call ahead program so you can wait at home is great. The hours of operation are very convenient since I always seem to get worse on the weekends or can't be seen by my regular doctor without advance notice. The staff is very helpful and professional....been to other locations where that was not the case.

I am retired military so I normally drive from Aiken to Eisenhower Army Medical Center at Ft. Gordon, Georgia, for my medical care. However, I was experiencing pain to the point where it interfered with my work, so I went to Doctors Care as it is much closer that EAMC. I filled out a few forms (as a new patient there), waited only about 20 twenty minutes and saw the tech assistant. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained the instructions clearly (take a urine a sample). I went to a second room to wait for the doctor, but the tech assistant came in and said that based on the urine sample, the doctor wanted some of my blood. The tech was quite skillful at this phlebotomy procedure. In about another 5 minutes, Dr. Erin Reilly came in with her diagnosis. She did a partial physical exam also, asked me some questions, and said she was going to prescribe some medicine and asked me what pharmacy I used. Dr. Reilly was very professional, personable, and compassionate. She exudes confidence. I then drove over to CVS and picked up my medicine. It worked.

Responding to an untimely accident, I went to the Whiskey Road Doctor's Care without an appointment or taking advantage of their call ahead process. While my wait was longer than I wanted, I realized I had to wait based on the input from the receptionist. When I was called back, the nurses helped prep my injury for inspection by the attending physician,. The Doctor came in, gave me my options and we were off to the races. The nurses executed their tasks in a very timely and professional manner. The Doctor cofnirmed their efforts and I was on my way within about 30 minutes of being called back. While I hope I don't I have to go through this kind of visit again, if I do have to, I will certainly visit this office again. Even with the wait, I will be a patieint - patient. Thanks again for the fforts of the team at the Whiskey Road Doctor's Care.

After being told I'd get a return call in 24 hours and waiting 43 before i called again since get didn't, I've never been so insulted by a medical professional in my life. They refused service to me despite them being my primary care physician. When i questioned it, they said it was corporate policy which i later confirmed with their corporate office was not the case. Within the same week, my son was basically told they couldn't help him either. I will never visit this facility again as long as the same staff is there. Their office manager, if one exists, won't come to the phone. Instead they make the xray tech answer. Their utter lack of professionalism by the regular staff is just unacceptable. No wonder they can't keep a full time doctor at that location.

I used the online appointment process and got notified within a very reasonable time, when I arrived, sign-in went smoothly and the clerk was extremely professional and caring. I waited less than 10 minutes and was called back. The nurse was also very caring and professional. Upon being taken to the exam room, I waited for about 5 minutes and the Doctor came in, checked me and gave me my diagnosis. Within another 5 minutes, I had my prescription and I was on my way. Everything went very well as usual and I would definitely recommend this Doctor's Care to anyone.
