Dr Hatten is a great person as well as a great surgeon. He did both of my knees in the past 11 months. He’s very knowledgeable, great bedside manner and definitely cares about his patients as well he has a great support staff. I highly recommend him and his staff.

My 2nd total hip replacement by Dr. Brian Hatten assisted by Dr. Scott W = Batman and Ironman! I would not have any other outfit or Doctors other than these guys to do this surgery. Thanks Dr. Hatten, Dr. Scott W., and Linda and Michelle! Absolutely amazing people.

Worse experience ever I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes without one Person telling us all what was going on in the lobby. Everyone out there were people in pain. Finally I get to go to examining room then waited another 35 minutes after nurse took information…again no one coming to let me know what was taking so long. I had enough walked out of room told reception area I had enough wauting over 2 1/2 hours. They asked if I wanted to make another appointment and I said I am never coming back. They said they would take me off the appointment list for that day but I guess they didn’t even do that since I keep getting these feedback and rating notes. My rating is 0

Everything was very on target. A very warm greeting from everyone which put me at ease. Dr Hatten was very professional discribed my injury in detail and also provided me with printouts of my xray's. Addressed all my concerns. A full 5 stars for the whole process!

I first met Dr. Hatten almost 20 years ago when he did surgery on my son's broken leg. Being new to the area at that time, I was very impressed with him and Dr. Gillespie. Now was my turn to need an orthopedic and decided to see Dr. Hatten since I was very pleased with the way he handled my son's surgery. I am happy to say that he is still as caring as I remembered. He gave me my options and discussed them with me to see what I wanted as well. His office was also a pleasure. Wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Hatton is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. He is very caring. He is very smart. His PA Scott is also great!

GREAT STAFF, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, NURSING, TECH STAFF OUTSTANDING. DR HATTEN SPENT TIME TO EXPLAIN SO I COULD UNDERSTAND, REVIEWED TREATMENTS AND WE AGRRED ON STEPS TO MOVE FORWARD. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL.
