I have the utmost respect for Dr. Charles Sansur. After 2 prior failed back surgeries, I was left with chronic pain with drop foot. I interviewed multiple spine specialists to see if they could offer me relief and was so glad when I found Dr. Sansur. He preformed a 3-level lumbar fusion with instrumentation, which significantly improved my quality of life. Dr. Sansur has an extraordinary bedside manner. He is confident and compassionate and takes time with his patients to ensure all questions are answered. His nurse practitioner, Lyndsi Hiler, was also excellent and very attentive to ensuring my needs were met following the surgery. I am a healthcare professional and I strongly suggest that anyone contemplating complex spine surgery should contact Dr. Sansur. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner!

I Had Been Fighting Surgery For A C4 Spinal Problem For About 15 Years I Slowly Deteriorated. I Went To Numerous Types Of Therapy. Finally My Neurologist Talked Me Into Getting The Problem Fixed And She Recommended Dr Sansur. MRI Showed I Needed A Fusion & Laminectomy From C4-T1. Dr Sansur's Staff Setup A Surgery Date And Further Studies. I Am Retired From Shock Trauma Several Nurse's & Dr's Know Dr Sansur and Told Me I Would Be In Good Hands With Him. These Folk's Wouldn't Just Say That. Every Interaction With Dr Sansur Was Positive He Is Not The Typical Neurosurgeon. He Checked On Me Several Times After Surgery. He Gave Me Back The Use Of Both Hands, Balance, And I Can Walk Normal Again For The 1st Time In Years. You Won't Find A More Skilled, Kinder, Caring, Neurosurgeon. He Is THE ONE The Dr's And Other Medical Professional's Use. His Staff Is Phenomenal. When I Have Called I Always Get A Pleasant Rapid Response And Get What I Need In A Timely Fashion.

Dr. Sansur gave me all of the attention I needed. He was professional and explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand. I’m so glad I found him!

Dr. Sansur was my surgeon on three different occassions, even though it took three surgeries to fix my back, I want to tell you all is well and I am doing GREAT. I had the surgery in 2018 and you will never it if you would see me now. I thank GOD for giving Dr. Sansur the ability to do the job he does. I trust GOD and Dr. Sansur.

As others have said, Dr. Sansur's understanding of my spinal problem and the surgical solution was tremendous. He patiently explained everything and answered every one of my questions with no time pressure or pushiness. I'm expecting to go for the surgery soon now and am grateful he is so highly regarded by other neurologists and surgeons as well. I've been quite apprehensive since my husband had four spine surgeries with a different surgeon at a different hospital which did not turn out well. Dr. S has worked through all of this with me, and I love his secretary and PA as well.

Dr. Sansur has operated on my mother twice over the years and I am completely comfortable in his assessment and skill. He's very thorough and explains things in a way we can follow. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Sansur successfully performed a complex surgery (scoliosis, stenosis, etc.) on my back (T-11 to pelvis). I suffered with back pain for 10 yrs ( including 3 yrs of pain mgmt). After consulting with 4 surgeons, I chose Dr. Sansur. He is a patient, competent and compassionate surgeon. After surgery, he and his team visited every day I was in the hospital and he diligently managed my case. Two months after surgery, I can walk further than in years, am taller and have my quality of life back.
