I have been seeing Dr. Ha for years and think the quality of his care has gone downhill significantly since moving to the Gainesville location. I had an appt at 4:ooPM and arrived at 3:50PM. No one said a single word to me and at 4:30PM I got up, scratch my name off the list and advised the receptionist that I had to leave as I had another appt. Now I keep getting a bill for late cancellation. I did not cancel. I was there waiting and the Dr never showed up and no one ever said anything to me. I will not pay this and if they send it to collections, I will file a small claim suit in court to get my money for the time and gas spent waiting for him. It is simply ridiculous that these Dr's and their staff can't get up off their arses and advise people that they are running late! If i had been late to the appt I sure would have heard about it or been made to wait until he was done for the day!Just go elsewhere -- not worth it and there are many other Dr's that will be on time for you.

My son's course of treatment requires a monthly visit and blood testing. I have made appointments 6 mos. in advance for both the check-ups and blood tests. Last week I had an appointment at 7:30 AM Friday for blood work. Unfortunately, no one showed up until 8:00 AM at which time I was told that the office doesn't open until 8:00 AM and there is no blood work on Friday. When told that I had received a call on Wednesday confirming the appointment, the receptionist still refused to believe me until she found the appointment in the computer. I called Dr. Ha and asked to discuss it. He never returned the call. While seeing the doctor for the check-up this week and telling him that I wasn't happy, he told me that it was my fault. I should have called to verify the night before. I said that the office had already called to confirm. He said it didn't matter. When I continued talking about it Dr Ha started yelling at me, told me if I didn't like it I could find another office, and he then stormed off in a huff. I am not exaggerating in the least, and if anything it was worse than it sounds. I've never witnessed this level of unprofessional behavior from a physician. It will be a pain finding a new doctor, but I will not be going back.

I think he has a terrible bedside manner. I will not be back.

Dr. Ha found my skin cancer when another doctor dismissed it. His bedside manner is excellent. He even referred me to a specialist when he was concerned about performing a procedure on my face as he wanted the best outcome possible and knew of a specialis
