I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY DR. TO CALL ME. HIS EMPLOEES {WILL NOT} ASK HIM AT ALL. I LOVE THIS DOCTER, HE IS KIND, UNDERSTANDING AND REALLY LISTENS. HE NEEDS A BETTER MORE SYMPTHEDIC STAFF. I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE SEVERAL REFFERIALS DONE, ABOUT {4} NEED TO TALK TO DR. DREW EDWARDS NOW. {NOT HIS INCOMPATENT STAFF. TIRED OF THE BULL SHIT AND LIES!!!!!} IF THEY CALL ME, I WILL HANG UP, AFTER TELLING THEM TO {FUCK OFF!!!!} I NEED TO SPEAK TO DR. DREW EDWARDS... FUCKING """NOW""}!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my son see Dr edwards today his experience was great. His Medical assistant Isaias was amazing!! Very professional and kind. My son was very nervous and they both made him very comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been going to Dr. Edwards for 17 years. He is the most kind hearted, professional, caring, responsive doctor you can find. He genuinely cares about his patients. He maintains a professional practice. He cares about your health and always follows up on your care and personally responds to your needs, questions and concerns. I highly recommend him above all others for your personal care.

Myself and two other people I know received inaccurate diagnoses. This practice does not refer to specialists- when they should.

Was given medications that made my situation worse. Dr Edwards refused to change the meds because I have not been on them long enough. Why would someone want to see people suffer longer? Why would a doctor expect me to keep taking something that is causing more issues?

Appointment was for 4:00. I called at 3:00 to see if the Dr. was running on schedule. Was told he was 1/2 behind. I arrived at 4:15. Waited until 4:45.Had my BP, height, and weight checked. Waited in another room for another 10+ minutes. Left the office at 5:05. Maybe a good doctor, but definetly not punctual.

He and staff care about one thing - getting out of the office by 4:00 pm. Will not stay 10 minutes late even if you are a long-time patient in pain. They want to see you once a year to give you your prescriptions, but other than that, don't care at all.

Told Dr.Edwards the areas of pain. Had 1 x-ray taken. I had to call his office to get reportwas told by his staff that it was a stone in the urethra and will pass. When I pressed for more info about diet, I was simply told to lay off of red meats and to drink plenty of fluids. When I asked for a more accurate description of the problem and wanted to talk to the Dr., the office said they would have him call me backNO CALL BACK. Not pleased with the follow up and lack of interest, I sought help elsewhere. I am now being treated at Smilow Cancer Center at YNH CT. for stage 4 cancer - non curable. Some Family Dr. for years.

great md for playcating &shoot the bul !! WORST EVER FOR ANY FOLLUPS!!!!! even though he says { I WILL CHECK ON IT,& IWILL GET BACK TO YOU} AFTER 2mo thats BULL.

Staff was horrible. My girlfriend had ovarian cysts and was in horrible pain, couldn't move. So we went to see them. The receptionists yelled at her repetitively because we had no insurance and needed to pay cash. They threatened me that they would sue me to the full extent possible if my check didn't clear. What a horrible embarrassing experience don't go to these lowlifes it's very obvious the money is the only reason they are there and they make it clear. We have never been treated this awful before and will never go back to them again. I had been going to Dr. Edwards for close to 5 years before this happened. Oh, and Dr Edwards claimed there was nothing wrong with her. The cysts burst 2 days later and she was in the ER for a week
