I never have to worry if doctor Nagja is not available I can always put on his nurse. She is always very accommodating and understanding and Dr. Nagja is always continuing his education to provide only the best service . It nice that this place has more of a " family " feel.

I went to Dr. Nagaj at the arlington heights office back in 2011 after being referred to him though NW Community Hospital (Horrible hospital)....I had been rushed to the hospital by ambulance due to experiencing severe nerve pain...This was after seeing a terrible chiropractor in Palatine....I was in tears and limping...I could not sit, stand or lie down without severe sharp nerve pain.....I could not drive so my brother took me to Dr. Nagaj's office.....I sat there in his office explaining the pain I was experiencing...and all he could do is stand there and stare at me...while he guessed that i could have all these different disorders...totally ignoring what I told him.....He looked at my swollen red feet and calves....Mind you this is a very unprofessional office where they require 3 receptionists sitting or standing at the front window chatting and acting like they are in a low class hair salon...Dr. Nagaj had the gall to call them into his office and stand there and stare at me as… if I was a side show and that their opinion mattered to the doctor...Ridiculous !!!....He then concluded there was nothing wrong with me and just prescribed some pain killers and to come back in a couple of weeks...So I went back with the same symptoms....Again he did very little and concluded there was nothing wrong and you will be ok in a week.....Well needless to say....4 years later and there has been little improvement and live with pain and limited mobility everyday.....By the way....the chiropractor at this same office is no better.....I sat down with him for a few minutes...Without him ever examining me or knowing what was wrong with me or what treatment I would need....He just told me I would have to come to his office 3 times a week for several months at about $80 a visit.....Very shady...

I have been going to Dr. Nagaj for many years and Dr. Sher. Dr. Nagaj teaches at the hospital and he does care about his patient. He comes off quick and abrupt and get to the point and boom your out of there. Wait times for me was the most 20-30 minutes on a busy day and 10 minutes when they are not. Evenings tend to be busy, Come prepared with your information of what you need and he will help you however he can. The girls in the front are friendly but his assistant can be very moody at times.They do see a lot of patients as this doctor shares the office with a chiropractor, Dr. Sher, and I have gone to him for years too. They have worked with my insurance company and at times when they would not cover a treatment, they voided it off the bill. I love these doctors and if you don't like their personalities then I would suggest you find another doctor, but it would be your loss. I have actually been late several times and they have rescheduled me or took me when I got there. Follow ups… these days are usually up to the patient as the girls in the front are very very busy. but most times they will call you back or tell you on your next visit. Doctor Nagaj has always answered all my questions and I usually have plenty of them since I have been in the medical field in the past.

My experience was horrible. Was waiting for 40 min. Had to leave because of work. Nobody ever called me back to follow up. Terrible, terrible office !

Great , smart doctor !

I have been a patient of this doctor for many many years. I have never been kept waiting for more than 10 or 15 min in the waiting room, they are always willing to fit me in and help me in a pinch (and I have not always been an easy person to deal with) the are courteous, kind and willing to help with any special problems the patient may have in their life. Dr. Nagaj and his staff do care very much about the health and well being of the people they serve and I personally am very happy with the service they provide.

This doctor only cares about money. He does NOT care about your health.. he may seem nice at first but when it comes to money issues or ANY filing errors with insurance, he will not be there for you.
