Note a good Dr. He just worked out on me!!!!

My two star rating is only because the care I receive from Lizell, N.P. is awesome. Other than that, the office management is terrible and I would have given no stars. Fortunately, I am pretty healthy and only have to go to this office once a year for my annual physical. For how little I have to deal with them throughout the year, it is very difficult to get through to their office.The phones always go to voice mail and you are lucky to receive a call back. I usually have to call at least twice whenever I need to make an appt. or get a prescription refill. If you have the time to call them multiple times to take care of anything you need, then you probably won't mind dealing with them.I don't have time to call them 3 times a week to try to make an appt. They didn't seem to have all of these issues years ago when Dr. Eisenbud owned the practice. They seem to have a lot of turnover since Dr. Shlesinger took over the practice. They don't have enough medical staff to handle their patient… load. There is no one there 3 mornings each week due to their P.A. leaving the practice. I recently had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room for a scheduled appt. I guess they don't feel my time is a valuable as theirs.

I am sorry to say that I have to write this review. Ordinarily, I do not like writing bad reviews for medical facilities, but this office has the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen in my lifetime of 54 years! I am specifically speaking about the receptionist, or whatever she is, Brittney, and her so-called "supervisor" Lisa. They have no concern or compassion for their patients and do not try to offer any "kind" or "gentle" assistance. They are rude and have no ethics when it comes to dealing with those who are in need of medical assistance. I REFUSE to believe that Dr. Eisenbud is aware of these staff members' behavior and still allows them to work in his office. The office is located at 729 Sunrise Ave., Ste. 501, Roseville. I do not recommend this office if you are seeking an Endocrinologist, Diabetic or Metabolism doctor. Because of his staff, Dr. Eisenbud's medical firm gets one star from me.

I am 77 years old and try to stay on a good diet, but when I have a family dinner, my diabetic diet goes out the window. Dr. Eisenbud understands what happens on these occasions and does not pile on guilt for eating non diabetic foods. A great man with great counselling on living a life of a diabetic. I enjoy his wisdom and intelligence.

Dr. Eisenbud is disdainful, condescending, dismissive, forgetful and totally uncaring. He also mocked my stupid questions to another staff member within my earshot. Prescriptions are not refilled and seems to be high staff turnover. ?? Never going back!

I've had Dr. Eisenbud since about 1978. I wish I could still see him, however for the past several years now he specializes with patients who have endocrine issues such as diabetes which I have not. My wife and I are very pleased with his Physician Assistants. For all who don't like his "bedside manners" remember he's originally from New York. Anybody who has ever been to New York will know. I've read that Dr. Eisenbud has passed........believe me he's still alive and well.

Difficult to impossible to get lab results and med refills.

Went to Eisenbud with diabetes. Did not read my file fully; overlooked prior blood tests, resulting in needless blood work. Unwilling to discuss options for treating diabetes, of which there are many nowadays. Ignored manufacturer's list of known side effects for one option, claiming they could not occur - period. No explanation given. Very difficult to actually speak to him. I would not use him.

I wrote a review a long time ago; and after seeing a competent doctor who diagnosed me with hypothyroidism after I saw Dr. Eisenbud, I felt the need to write another review. After all this time, I am still appalled at his incompetence. I specifically remember him talking over my head. He was also flippant, arrogant, and sarcastic. As far as bedside manner, he had none. I told my primary care physician who was appalled and referred me to another endocrinologist. I also tell everyone I know to run for the hills if they want to be treated like a human and get a proper diagnosis. He is unequivocally the worst doctor I have ever been to.

Great doctor. He realy know his stuff and has helperd my daughter with type one diabetes have a better quality of life.
