Doc extended my life 20 years and still counting

4 hour wait with no prior communication at checking in, the appt before that was a 2 hour wait, again no advance warning or communication. No follow up to schedule Tests, blames it on lack of insurance when they had it on file. Dr Passaro is an excellent doctor but needs a better office manager and support staff in the office

He does a thorough neurological exam. He explains tests, diagnosis, and medicines. Staff is friendly!

I had gone to see several Neurologists. Dr. Passaro spent over one hour with me to review my seizures and listened to me and asked me detailed questions that no other epilepsy center had ever asked me. He reviewed treatment options and offered me hope when others told me that no further options existed. His staff are top notch and made me feel welcome and the kindness, compassion and hospitality is something is unique. He explained how my aura was important and empower me and my family to have a better understanding of my seizures. To Dr. Passaro and his staff a "heartfelt Thank you!"

The initial visit took 2 hours but that time was well spent-vital signs, initial history, neuro exam and then work up with the Dr. Very professional and thoughtful staff and well run office. In subsequent/follow up visits I was seen promptly. As a retired nurse I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the Doctor and his PA. The front desk staff are also efficient and empathetic. I recommend highly. GT

Dr and staff will not listen to you.They have been proven wrong on many occasions . This doctor will ignore your calls, even if they are from the hospital ER calling.. Because he thinks your diagnosis is one thing - and the other hospitals are wrong.I have never been treated this way in my life. I actually went to another Dr and got a correct diagnosis.

been to a lot of Docters most knowledgeable neurologist I been to a great help.to having a better quality of life.

Front office staff very unfriendly, doc didn't listen - nor review - my past medical history and made a quick, dismissive and unfounded diagnosis of me. I would not recommend him or this office to anyone.

Dr Passaro is the most talent epilepsy specialist in the Tampa Bay area. I have never met a doctor that gets so emotionally invested in his patients. He is a truly caring doctor, a rare gem in the medical profession.

Dr. Passaro is a excellent doctor and has a wonderful and caring staff. I have full confidence in his abilities. I know at times there will be a bit of a wait but his staff will keep you informed and acknowledge and apologize for any delay.
