I came to Dr. Anderer for a second opinion. I did my research and saw many nice reviews for him. I could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. First visit to his office and I was presented with a friendly staff and clean environment. He came in to the examination room looking well dressed and professional. He was informative on the surgery and was able to answer all my questions because of his actual experience. He didn’t give me any run around answers or any I dont’t knows. The surgery was a success and my scar is minimal like he said it would be. I would recommend Dr Anderer anytime any place. Thank you for a peaceful experience on a stressful time.

I went to see Dr. Anderer for herniated disc between C-5 and C-6. For two years prior I had done physical therapy, cortisone shots, cervical traction etc. nothing helped. Being nervous to do a surgery I went to meet with Dr. Anderer. Right from the beginning he made me feel comfortable and explained all my options very clearly, with me ultimately going with a disc replacement. I could not have felt more confident and in safe hands than with Dr. Anderer and his staff including Alexa Maestrone the NP at the office, they were remarkably welcoming and helpful before and after the surgery which they scheduled in a very timely manner. The pain that would travel down my arm was gone almost instantly after the surgery was complete. Already recommended him and will continue to do so in the future.

I am a 33 year old male and I herniated my L5-S1 disc approximately one year ago. I had excruciating, crippling nerve pain ever since. I tried everything you could imagine to avoid surgery. 3 Injections, countless physical therapy visits, chiropractic visits, spine decompression machines, you name it. Nothing worked. I was taking anti-inflammatories every single day just to get out of bed. I had excruciating pain from my buttocks, down the back of my leg into my foot. I couldn’t sit, I couldn’t stand, I couldn’t walk. I was completely miserable and depressed…Until I found Dr. Anderer. I searched for a very long time and asked everyone I knew for recommendations of surgeons, but I wasn’t convinced until I came across Dr. Anderer. He was recommended to me by my pain management doctor, and when I read his credentials and reviews, I was sold. I had previously met with other surgeons, so the day I met Dr. Anderer my mind was already set that I needed to perform surgery, and I knew I wanted… him to be the surgeon. He stated I was a textbook case for a microdiscectomy and he immediately booked me for the surgery. Today I am 5 weeks post surgery and finally have my life back. I’m still recovering , but the pain I once had traveling down my leg is gone. Dr. Anderer is a kind, caring, and compassionate man who was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had. Not only is he excellent, but so is his office staff. They were all extremely helpful with any information I needed as well as forms that I needed to be filled out for work. The icing on the cake is he doesn’t have long wait times, which wasn’t even a huge deal to me because I would wait hours for Dr. Anderer if I had to. In conclusion, if you’re in the search for an excellent surgeon, look no further. I can't thank you enough Dr. Anderer!

Dr Anderer performed my L5S1 microdiscectomy. He was extremely patient, thorough and made me as comfortable as possible through this experience. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, and would highly recommend him to anyone with similar issues.

Dr. Anderer is an amazing doctor. He did L4-L5 microdiscectomy on May 6th and today i am 17th day post op and I feel very good. I have a little bit pain in my calf what is very normal, because sometimes nerve can be inflamed but it will heal soon and every person is different so no worries about it. He explaind me everything very perfectly. He also recommended me to be active, don't be in one place. Be happy and positive.I am very happy with results, I can sit, stand ,sleep without pain. For me that's amazing. He returned smile on my face. I really highly recommend him. If you want to be pain free and be happy again Dr. Erich is best option.
