Very pleased that he lost his license to practice medicine in Massachusetts this month. He lost it in the UK too. Google his name. I saw him at his Wilbraham location in Sept/Oct 2024 and he was extremely unprofessional the weeks following my appointment. Glad to see karma made her way to him. I remember thinking that someone will treat his wife or grown sons the same way he treated me, but a loss of license will suffice.

Dr. Mutlukan was an amazing doctor! I had seen numerous opticians and none of them could solve my eye problem, but Dr. Mutlukan helped me and found a solution. I highly recommend him.

Treated me very poorly. Wouldn't let me ask questions without cutting me off, very rude, withheld a diagnosis, gave me a long list of verbal instructions but zero written instructions. Became even ruder and defensive when I asked for a copy of my records. I've been seeing eye doctors for 29 years and I have never been treated so disrespectfully and badly. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Why would anyone want to see an eye doctor that won't allow you to ask them questions?

Offers convenient and prompt appointments. Courteous and helpful doctor and office staff. Provides detailed explanations, allows as much time as the patient requires, answers all questions. Has specialist service not available elsewhere in the region.

He made the wrong diagnosis causing future issues and pain. I didn't think he was right and vocalized that causing him to become unpleasant. Luckily we continued to find a different dr. that was more knowledgable.
