My first observation as I walked in was excellent customer service, respectful staff, and welcoming. I waited 15 to 20 minutes before I saw Dr. Afflu. My impression is that he is very professional, very thorough, and a great listener. Dr. Afflu's sense of humor makes one feel relaxed to discuss one's problem. He is very empathetic and very compassionate. I will always be willing to recommend him to anyone who desires an experienced cardiologist.
