Words cannot express how Dr.Bulan has made me feel physically and mentally, by not only rejuvenating my look, but giving the new swirl of joy, confidence and excitement to face aging without fear and regrets. He truly is an incredible surgeon and a special person who cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does.

Having a rhytidectomy performed by Dr. Bulan was the best thing I have ever done for myself. The results are outstanding and the process was a wonderful experience with his manner, knowledge and genuine caring. A truly exceptional doctor.

I saw Dr. Bulan for Juverderm fillers and I was pleased with virtually every aspect of the experience. He was wonderfully generous with his time and he patiently listened to my needs and concerns. He examined my face to get a sense of what would or would not work for me and he was careful to balance certain spots with others -- some doctors rush and just jump right in and start injecting in target spots as if every face has the same needs. Dr. Bulan is not one of those doctors who rushes. In addition to employing a skilled hand while injecting, he also has a fine sense of aesthetics and knows what makes a woman's face attractive. For instance, he advised me against putting too much filler in my cheek so that I would not look like one of those fake, puffy faced celebrities and he was absolutely right. I trusted his judgement and it looks great! Lastly, he is just an all around nice guy. He's a pleasant, friendly guy whom anyone can feel comfortable talking to. As for the… reviewer below who complains about emergency room policy and insurance, she clearly does not know how the world works, let alone how contemporary health care works. ER is notoriously high cost and the insurance is always a difficult negotiation there. The hospitals determine that cost and it has nothing to do with the individual doctors working there. As for Dr. Bulan's prices, he charges standard prices compared to the market for other plastic surgeons in NJ and NYC. These guys all charge the same prices, which that reviewer would have known if only she understood how plastic surgeons work. In short, the majority of the reviewers here had good experiences with Dr. Bulan and I am happy to say that I did too!

Dr. Bulan is an outstanding physician. His expertise surpasses any other physician I have come in contact with. As a medical professional myself, I highly recommend Dr. Bulan for anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon that is highly skilled, caring, and genuine. There are very few physicians who can match his standards.

Dr. Bulan has just taken care of my second child (my oldest son had stitches by Dr. Bulan previously). In both instances, Dr. Bulan had shown great bedside manners, excellent handling of the kids, a calming effect for the parents, and was overall very thorough and professional! More importantly, my oldest healed with no scar!!! I expect my other son to heal just as well!I was compelled to write after reading a previous review. Not sure what went on with that instance, but it did not sound like the Dr. Bulan that I and my family love!I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bulan again and again!
