We were first time patients, so we execepted a longer than normal wait. The wait was longer than it had to be because an unexperienced medical assistant helped us at first. At leasat she seem to be an medical assistanct rather than an nurse. A more experience person came in to help and the process moved much faster after that. The doctor was very through, helpful and didnt rush. We will be seeing him again.
This is a horrible excuse for a doctors office. You are lucky if the stupid people here EVER even answer your phone calls, and when they do, don't be surprised when you are transferred to another department, who doesn't answer their phone. Don't even bother leaving a message, they will NOT return it. And, if you do get to see the doctor, be prepared to know more than he does. He has to carry around a book, so that he knows what kind of medicine to give you!!! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
The map has A hidden somewhere under J which can be a little confusing. I am from Texas City and know where it is, but that is not easily understood by someone that does not know where the clinic has moved to (which is actually easier to get to now). It
