Dr Gabriel Marrero

Dr Marrero may well be a good Doctor, unfortunately he is backed by a terrible office staff. My first visit, being referred by a colleague, went nowhere after an hour and thirty five minute wait due to overbooking. I left. I spoke to the referring physician via Zoom and agreed to return. The referring physician emailed Dr Marrero the details. At the second appointment, no mention of their ineptitude was mentioned other than by me and no apologies were offered. An appointment was scheduled for hip injections at 9am on this date. Days later staff called and advised they had overbooked another procedure and could I move to 1pm, which I did. Between dates I received 5 confirmations including 3 today all for a 1pm start. Upon arrival was advised 1pm was overbooked with finally, after much cajoling, was told a minimum 1 hour wait. Simply unacceptable and I left, never to return. This appears to be a Doctor that is not concerned about patients time with a care free unapologetic attitude

Very personable, totally accurate with my diagnosis

I was a transfer patient from his partner. He Never even looked at my almost 20 yrs of records! He wanted to start from scratch. Ordered an MRI and office did not follow up with notes for insurance to approve until weeks later. I miss Dr Szeinfeld! He was compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Very disappointed in Dr Marrero and his team! Will never step foot in that office again if Dr Szeinfeld is not there!

Wonderful, caring doctors who takes all the time necessary to make sure your medical needs are met. Excellent bedside manner. I was pain free after a back injection and the procedure was painless as compared to others I had in the past with different doctors

He came to the VA and was willing to harm disabled veterans by blacklisting patients at the direction of his supervisors and then fail to properly treat my father who was in immense pain for multiple chronic health issues. I complained and my father paid for it! Way to take care of vets cause everyone is addicted according to the VA! And nobody understand the suicide epidemic among veterans.
