He then completed a one year fellowship in Behavioral and Cognitive Neurology and a second fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine at the University of Florida. He also earned his Master’s in Clinical Investigation from the University of Florida.

He has contributed numerous publications, book chapters, and abstracts to medical literature and has delivered peer-reviewed presentations at prestigious national meetings.
He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
