Worse doctor’s office I ever experienced. My was a patient of this office. They never answer the phone, not return messages even though they claim to extended office hours. His prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy twice. 10 days ago he left a message as of today, no returned phone call. 4 days ago he passed away. We are now try to get a death certificate which the primary doctor must sign. NO ONE CAN GET A RETUNED CALL.

Dr. Smith was the provider for Bristol Hospice. However he never saw my husband. I have asked him to add contributing diagnoses on my husbands death certificate, which I have provided the proof of my claim via certified/return receipt mail to him. It was confirmed by Carmelita that she put it on his desk. Now he claims it was never received. My husband was a disabled Vet and I cannot get survivors benefits until this amendment is complete. The Mortuary (Blue Oaks) agrees he should follow through, however he is not cooperating with them either. How can he be so heartless. Sherry Schmidt

Wait time exceeds an hour even with an appointment..No on call physician... Staff is incompetent, rude, slams the phone on u when u are an emergency...Misrepresent themselves w/who they are lie about their names, play games like silly childish punks, can't understand what u are saying, malicious behavior, can't convey important messages to doctors... Don't seem to care if u live or die.not a professional staff. It's just a clinic at best. Dr.s are OK, they don't have a clue what's going on behind their backs I guess. They usually find out when they close their doors from no patients. Many have due to inability or no concern over the value of a competent staff. They want good reviews, but don't do anything to improve the staff, the most sick, incompetent staff I've ever seen. If u could offer -5 stars I would. Will find another Dr. Who I hope cares....
