Appointment started right st scheduled time, most doctors offices I expect to sit and wait for half an hour but they took me back within 5 mins of my scheduled time. Dr Bernstein made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly to me.

Vasectomy went great. Check-in was smooth, she was very friendly. Vasectomy was done within less than 5 minutes. I'm a urologist and I went to see Dr. Bernstein for my vasectomy, that should tell you something.
