I had the EXACT same experience as you did! They are absolutely impossible to reach and they send to collections right away! They should be reported for this horrible way of doing business this is the most irresponsible company ever!! You go to emergency they send you a bill a year later and you are just frustrated the whole time. Unbelievable that this is the company that handles these doctors. Kirk and associates horrible.

This is the group that handles billing for the Main Line Health Emergency Billing. I received a bill that had not been submitted to my insurance. After several They are impossible to reach. The phone number provided here is not working. The contact is in Delaware , however, an automated attendant is used with no option of talking with an actual agent. This review will not me to share the number. After several attempts to reach someone, the only option is to leave account number and bill info on a voice mail with the promise of a return call. The bill was given to a collection agency with no information provided. This is yet another example of health care not caring. This company is not even registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Predatory business practices.
