James P Kacedan, MD

Dr. Kacadan has been my OB/Gyn for 18 years now and has delivered 3 of my 4 children. I had 3 rather complicated c-sections and he was able to keep me calm through them, as well as my husband, who is always so anxious. He spends time every single appointment and has the calmest demeanor with an amazing bedside manner. His office is run very well, never more than a couple minutes wait, and have found if I arrive early, they take me back early. He never acts rushed and genuninely cares for every patient. He is the most exceptional doctor I have ever had, and I highly recommend him to all. I know I am a whiney pain in the rear end when I am pregnant, yet he always treated my concerns and complaining like they were perfectly legitimate. In one word, he's extraordinary.

I delivered my first baby via C-Section with him and now going to him with my 2nd pregnancy. He's an excellent Dr, always takes his time to ask you questions and explain everything to you. The delivery was much easier than I thought, and I have minimal scarring from the surgery. Overall, I have recommended to many of my friends.Only down side, it's a private practice so if you need after hour help, you will talk to a different doctor as he rotates with 4 other doctors on call.

I could never put into words what an exceptional doctor Dr. Kacedan is. Any patient of his should be considered herself lucky. Dr K has been my OB/GYN for over 9 years. He delivered both of my girls, and recently my best friend's son and my new nephew just last week. If all doctors were as amazing as him, healthcare would take a turn in this country.

We have chosen to go with Dr. Kacedan after reviewing numerous positive online reviews and visiting him for an interview/ultrasound session. We are seeing him for our first child, and so far we cannot be happier. I love how well the office is run, and how it is not crowded like some bigger office with multiple practitioners would be. His staff is professional and kind, easy to schedule appointments and office is clean and is equipped with newest machines (he also has 3D ultrasound machine in his office). We rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes, but if we do, he apologizes for running late, etc. He is rarely late except for when there are emergencies he needed to attend to. He is calm, is a good listener, patient, and answers our questions in a very logical and easy-to-understand manner. We never feel rushed, and he always takes time to answer all our questions before letting us go. Excellent bedside manner. I don't know what else I can ask for in a doctor. We have a complete faith in him for delivering our child and would recommend him to anyone expecting a baby.

There arent enough words to describe the care that I received from Dr. Kacedan and his staff. He is very polite gentle, and considerate. He and his staff made my visits very memorable and comfortable. Dr. Kacedan is my miracle doctor! It is because of his professional knowledge and guidance that I am a mother of a beautiful healthy baby boy. During my pregnancy I traveled from MD to Fairfax once a month and as I got closer to delivery....twice a week. HE IS WORTH IT! For the care that he gives I would not have another OB/GYN. This was my first birth and, my c-section went really well. The most painful part was when the nurse administered my IV! I was considered high risk and overweight.
