Front desk staff is very rude. Not professional whether you deal with them on the phone or in person.
I am a nurse and took my son to him for a knee injury. He missed a ligament tear in his knee and told us just to ice the knee. I took him for a second opinion thank goodness. This doctor doesn't seem very sure of himself and is too vague
Dr. Krcik stopped in every day while I was in the hospital. He is overly cautions of possible things to go wrong which could scare a patient pretty bad. He is a very nice man, easy to talk to and knows his stuff. His office staff on the other hand is very rude except for the radiology tech she is very friendly.The receptionist have a bad attitude on the phone and at the office and are difficult to talk to.
Receptionist was rude and not professional. Im hoping they uprgrade staff before the word gets around.
Dr Krcik took wonderful care of our child. He is knowledgable, caring, and very thorough. His passion for what he does shows.
