I have been a patient for over 20 years. I have followed her from her former office. Her memory is impeccable. Dr. Mazzone not only cares for your needs, she cares about you and your family.

I have been going Dr. Mazzone for since I was 15 I am now 24. She is very kind and gentle but I constantly feel rushed like I need to say everything I have to within 10 minutes before I'm told to get dressed and see the women at the front to book a follow up. The girls at the front, most not all, could care less and treat you as if you being there is bothering them. They are on their cellphones texting while speaking to you and when you ask questions they talk to you like you're stupid and it's extremely condescending. I am switching to a new OBGYN because I want a Dr and and office staff that I feel truly cares about me and my needs as a patient and not just my $40.00 co pay and then boot me out the door. It sucks because your GYNO should really be a place you feel comfortable and that just isn't the feeling I get going here. I leave every time disappoint with no answers to my questions and no concern for my well being.

Just have to voice my opinion. I believe Dr. Mazzone has some kind of disorder maybe OCD. She acts very nervous about everything she does.. like she is unsure of herself. She order me to get some procedure done that I didn't have to get. Told me I had something wrong with me. I went to see a specialist and he said there was nothing wrong and all my test came back fine normal. I went to another Dr and got the same results.. Normal. I never went back to her again.I even saw a mean side of her.. the way she treated her employees was so evil I even felt bad and embarrassed for them. They were doing everything and more but she still treated them bad. She then turned around with a big smile like nothing was wrong. Talk about scary!!! This is just my opinion and what I have seen in that office. Maybe its up to you and give her a try. Good Luck!
