Be prepared to wait a lot and for her

I went here to remove keloids from both ears. While staff are nice and the girls are pretty (lol) the wait time is terrible, and on top of that the procedure that Dr. Waibel is using to remove keloids isn't the most effective especially seeing that you already have keloid skin. She shaves off the keloid then uses lasers that are supposed to prevent reformation. You are left with an unsightly open wound and once that heals in maybe 8-12 weeks because so much skin has been shaved and burnt off, you're left with an unsightly scar even worse than before. I had to see a plastic surgeon to correct her work. I suggest you see a plastic surgeon or real keloid specialist as opposed to Dr. Waibel.

I been going there for more then 10 years , when Dr Resnick was the owner and Waibel other Doctor, since he left everything changed for the worse!!! Waiting time is insane, they require a credit card on file to charge you $50 if no show or they won’t keep your appointment. A lot of people don’t have a credit card ! So then ?? You can’t become a patient? Ridiculous, after I was switched to Dr Waibel she decided to do not take the insurance patients anymore and switched you to the other doctors there ??? .... also they charged you ahead of time for procedures my insurance cover 100 percent!!! Telling you that that’s your out of pocket part . I been working for medical billing for 25 years and unless is an authorization previously submitted is no way they can have the exact amount for that procedure the same day not submitting a bill first . Do not go there !!!’ You’ll regret it down the road

Dr. Waibel is a fantastic doctor!!! I found her a few months ago, and I am so happy I made the decision to start going to her for all my skin concerns. She is extremely kind, intelligent, and honest! She gives you the feedback you need to hear and works with you to find the best solution. When I came to her for a consultation about removing freckles on my face, she thoroughly explained the options available and what she felt would give me the most optimal results. Not only is she extremely intelligent and nice but her staff is amazing! All the staff members are very friendly and want to make you feel comfortable throughout the visit. They also make themselves available to answer any questions you might have about a procedure or anything at all before and after your appointment. The whole team is there to help you achieve the results you desire. I HIGHLY recommend that you go to Dr. Waibel if you are in search of a very knowledgeable dermatologist who is a genuinely great person and who… has a wonderful staff.

My first experience with Dr. Waibel and her staff was wonderful. Dr. Waibel is so knowledgeable about lasers and what is best for you. What I especially like is that she has over 30 lasers to fit your needs. Not one laser like many physicians and use that laser for all conditions. Nabi, her assistant is very kind patient and compassionate, answering all questions and concerns. I am going back for my second treatment next week, since I was so happy with my laser results last visit.

After a few laser sessions, I saw no improvement in my burn scars. Maybe it works for raised burn scars since my burn scars weren't raised. While I liked Dr. Waibel, the wait time was inconvient for someone who is traveling from out of town. I was also disappointed that I was billed for more than what I was quoted, especially since the treatment was ineffective for me.The office may treat some patients better like ones they can get publicity from, but I just felt like I or my time didn't really matter.

I can not recommend Dr Waibel highly enough ! She , and all her staff, are extremely knowledgeable, professional, good listeners and very caring! Dr. Jill Waibel saved my life. I was seen by about ten different specialists, who weren’t able to give me a proper diagnosis. As soon, as Dr. Waibel examined me, she knew what my problem was and immediately did a biopsy to confirm her diagnosis. She is a brilliant and caring doctor with a very dedicated and efficient staff. I always know that I am getting the very best treatment backed by the latest research. I highly recommend Dr. Waibel for any dermatologic issue

Dr Waibel is a wonderful knowledgeable doctor. she is extremely nice & very personable. she's also very busy so appointments are scheduled way out. but she truly is worth the wait. I HIGHLY recommend her.

IF YOU GO TO HER FOR REGULAR DERMATOGOLY PROBLEMS YOU WILL WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR, THE ONLY ONES WHO GO IN FIRST ARE HER COSMETIC LASER PATIENTS, AND THE REST HAVE TO SUFFER FOR HOURS JUST FOR A 5 MINUTE VISIT!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
