Great! He's a good ol' guy. I've had him for just over a year now, seen him all of twice. Very charming and professional. I randomly was assigned him. My experience with BPMG has been mostly positive, but I recall the handlers not being as professional as he is. Overall, I'd love to stay with him till he has to retire! Then who?!! eek
